    Benefits are great such as insurance and lots of paid vacation time

    Cons

    Leadership was in massive transition, and organization didn't realize if it was coming or going. Some poor decisions were made in transition.

    Great benefits including tuition reimbursement. Overall, people care about their work and making a difference.

    Cons

    Transparency and alignment could be stronger. There is lots of opportunity to streamline processes and avoid duplication of efforts but work is often siloed. Strict hierarchy and lack of big-picture thinking. There is a general sense of distrust in the culture.

    Pros

    good place to live in, nice coworkers. great supervisor. the campus is beautiful, plus a great basketball team, go wildcats. you can find everything in one place

    Cons

    limited space, salary is not very competitive. the city is a kind of small, although is it pretty safe. Not everybody is nice,.
