I worked at University of Leeds full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good city to work. Great scientific atmosphere in the lab group with lots of development and help for you to reach coals

    Cons

Pressure to publish is high. Guidance from supervisor was not very useful, you are left on your own to make decisions without much input.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management is keep on doing as you are, but focus on developing new post-docs but also retaining the older experienced scientists
