    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at University of Leeds full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Convenient for city center, good pension (USS), friendly people generally and enthusiastic team. Facilities are generally good

    Cons

There is a closed culture in many areas, not much sharing of good practice. Difficult to get promotion, access to externally recognised training is also tricky.

    Advice to Management

Give people autonomy to do their jobs, empower and trust them to do the right thing. Micromanagement is rife, not healthy or helpful to deliver a good student experience.
