I have been working at University of Louisiana at Monroe part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great camaraderie among other GA's and full-time staff. Truly felt like you were part of a family. Will do nothing but grow on you. Full Tuition is paid for.

    Cons

Lower stipends than at most universities. Limited class times, required classes may only be offered in a maymester, or summer, in which case the University refuses to pay for!

    Advice to Management

Either offer classes more often or make sure tuition stipend pays for required summer classes when that is the only time they are offered!
