I have been working at University of Louisville full-time

    Pros

Time off is good, especially at Christmas, decent benefits, flexible work schedule.

    Cons

No significant raises since 2006 when I started working here, from 0% raise to 2.5% raise. Tell you there's no money to give adjustment or reclassification but they turn around and give others in the same unit a reclassification and/or adjustment.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees a wage comparable to the market rate.
