Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at University of Maryland Global Campus full-time for more than 8 years
Pros
Leave is liberal comparatively. Credits to take classes and earn a degree. You'll meet some really cool and interesting people.
Cons
You'll always be recorded and end up sounding like a recording. You'll find it very hard to move up or even around. It'll seem like upper management is just going by trial and error. Pay is low.

RecommendsApproves of CEOI have been working at University of Maryland Global Campus full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Great benefits, work life balance (depending on your department) and flexibility, friendly staff
Cons
Little room for growth, dismal pay increases for existing staff while the same position would give a new hire a much higher base salary. Mandated by the state, so there are a lot of things they "can't" do (e.g. spend money on simple things like cake or pizza to engage staff).
