I have been working at University of Maryland part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I've attended College Park as a grad student for the last ~6 years (currently in final stretch of Ph.D) and I love it here. Of course, it is general knowledge that grad students don't earn a lot, and that's OK. I receive tuition remission as a graduate research assistant which helps pay most of my fees, so it's a great package overall.

    Cons

To be honest, none! Its a great environment for growing in one's career.
