I have been working at University of Maryland part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The whole math department is very friendly. L. Washington to other people really want you to enjoy your experience at this department. Dr. Trivisa is also very helpful

    Cons

The staff is stretched. There are not enough people to deal with all the issues. One particular staff member, the one who works in the undergraduate office, is very rude. I thought I was the only one she was rude to, but turns out she is rude to everybody.

    Advice to Management

Some resources can be expanded a bit, like color printers.
