    Pros

Had a blast working in this office. Sally L. is one of the best resources on campus. Through jobs I have worked under her I have grown as a person.

Sometimes paycheck problems can be a pain as it is such a large system.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at University of Massachusetts as an intern

    Pros

The management here is incredible, they have an "open-door" mindset and are always happy in helping with any issues. They have trained me and continue to expose me to the ins and outs that a marketing department goes through. I have been introduced to some great people, and they continue to work with me to develop my marketing skills.

    Cons

I have no real cons for this internship besides the fact that I wish the interns had more hours during the week to further assist the team.

    Advice to Management

The one piece of advice I would give is to keep interns in the loop regarding important priorities during the week. Some weeks we may feel we do not know what is going on since we are so busy working on previous tasks.
