I worked at University of Memphis full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Nice campus, good facilities - U of M tends to combine some of the best aspects of a large state school wIith the manageability of a smaller school.

    Cons

City of Memphis has it's challenges and it's hard to be at the U of M without taking note of them and having some of them have an effect on the faculty/staff.

    Advice to Management

Keep investing in your faculty and staff - keep listening to them and treating them with respect and fairness. The U of M has great potential and I hope that it continues on it's trajectory towards even greater success in the tuture. Go Tigers!
