    Friendly work environment, nice people

    over worked and underpaid. Everyone was always stressed and miserable.

    good benefits, liberal vacation and sick leave

    Cons

    If you want to advance at the university you have to go outside the library to do so. No recognition for the work you do whether it's bad or good.

    Advice to Management

    Treat people fairly. Don't be afraid to address issues with individuals.
