    Leaning environment, formidable wages and benefits, Very good managers.

    Cons

    Needs more staffing, communication from doctors to patient, to nurses and vice versa.

    Advice to Management

    Work on doctor to nurse, nurse to doctor, CNA to nurse, Nurse to CNA communication, Remodeling floors in need.
    Creating an incentive environment in which everyone helps each other

    Regular schedule, and Clinic setting

    Cons

    Limited resources, Favoritism, Stress increase, No advancement potential, no overtime, no resources, and not willing to accommodate unless it’s in their favor.

    Advice to Management

    Remember where you came from, allow everyone to get involved if you want people to apply to patient access.

    Cheap management and cheap hospital they rather save money than make staff happy

    Advice to Management

    Supply more staff! Especially more CNAS to help the nurses. Fix all th broken vital sign machines !

    Decent pay and benefits

    Cons

    As a manager working with the nurses union was very difficult. It was also very difficult to correct incorrect practices. Witnessed with upper management behave in very unprofessional behavior using excessive cursing and vulgar language. Very little respect given to employees

    Advice to Management

    Provide communication training to upper management all the way down to staff. There should never be a hostile workplace

    Pros

    nothing about them are pros they are horrible individuals that don’t have no type of respect for no one they made me get a flu shot and then fired me now I’m sick if I can sue them for this I swear I am !

    Cons

    Everything they are the worst set of workers I have ever dealt with ! Don’t work for them especially good service they will spit in your food if you come at them wrong . . They won’t give you full time even if you have work there for 2 years they suck

    Advice to Management

    Learn how to communicate . . Learn how to give your employes the correct informations . And stop having favoritism everybody is made equally you can’t treat somebody else better cause they Are Spanish
