    Pros

There were one or two supportive, helpful, decent people who made this terrible place bearable! Thank God for them!

    Cons

Company culture: order a subordinate to do something NOW! Criticising in front of other employees. Giving no direction, but when we went ahead and did what we thought was best, it was condemned by the Executive Director, who had not a clue! Upper management, I am told, was aware of this person's complete lack of ability to lead and he is still there. Knee-jerking reactions to silly advice which he passed down to others who actually knew what we were doing.Never once was anything that was done was praised! He was absent most of the day and no one knew where he was! never there for his "subordinates!" He actually walked in front of me into his office & slammed the door in my face! How disrespectful could a person be? If you want to maintain your ego & sense of previous accomplishments, this is not the place for you!

    Advice to Management

Take a closer look at this derelict and please ask him maybe to give a shot at actually working as a nurse! Perhaps then he could become "a minimally decent human being."
