    Advice to Management

Get your act together. The misguided financial steps from upper management has now trickled down and SURPRISE!! LAYOFFS yet again and no raises- not even cost of living. No wonder everyone wants to leave. Come down form your ivory tower and pitch in for a day and see how the other half works, on limited staff and budget. And yet we still get the job done. You're Welcome. Bythe way.
