    Pros

    Good balance between maintaining fixed hierarchy (so maintain effective communication) and flexibility.
    Good employment benefits.
    Fair wages and payments.
    Caring about the student employees.
    Comprehensive training. Learnt a lot of lifeskills.
    Good promotion prospects.
    Comprehensive and professional interview.

    Cons

    College-level salaries only.
    Promotion is competitive.
    Interview for the job does not take into consideration of past employment.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up! Really great job being done here.

    Pros

    Brilliant, considerate and collaborative colleagues. Very professional environment.

    Cons

    Bureaucracy, arrogance and difficulty moving projects and ideas at the pace one would be accustom to in the private sector. Budget system is archaic and very complex.

    Pros

    Beautiful campus (CG); good health insurance; access to education; access to various facilities like kids summer camp, pool, gym, etc. Seems like new President is taking school in the right direction.

    Cons

    (School of Business) Low pay; mediocre leadership team; terrible HR managers; management style promotes harassment, bullying, and micromanagement. Current leadership has little situational awareness and provide little assistance to graduates to find good paying jobs.

    Advice to Management

    Resign.

    I worked at University of Miami full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great working environment, cutting edge oncology treatment. All the tools were provided to be most effective, protocols in place for every task.

    Cons

    The downside was, it was a business. If no authorization was received tratment was not provided. Many patients were turned away that could have greatly benefited from the cutting edge treatment.
