I worked at University of Minnesota part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Intellectually stimulating, encouraged educational growth, allowed time for school prioritization,

    Cons

The only real con of my position was that I worked independently a lot of the time, and I prefer to work with others at least sometimes.

    Advice to Management

Great work, my supervisor Andy was phenomenal and became a really great mentor to me. I would recommend hiring perhaps one more student on staff and providing larger projects with more direction.

    Pros

Nice campus, nice people, very centrally located in Minneapolis. I am proud to let other people know that I work there.

I worked at University of Minnesota (More than a year)

    Pros

The University has their training down to a science. After completing the training for access to their financial system, I felt very confident with my ability to do my job. The job environment was also laid back and pleasant.

    Cons

There wasn't a clear path for upward mobility for me. I felt like if I wanted to get more experience in my field I would have apply outside of the U of M.
