    I have been working at University of Minnesota full-time

    Pros

    Good faculty and staff, at least for my department. Decent stipend as a graduate student.

    Cons

    The location could be a deal breaker as it snows almost half time of the year. It's harder to commute in winder.

    I have been working at University of Minnesota part-time

    Pros

    I work with UNITE within the college of science and engineering and I really like the job. Nice supervisors and enjoy the overall environment.

    Cons

    Hourly wage is rather low. I've been working here for 2 years and I only received one $0.50 raise in my hourly wage.

    Advice to Management

    Please reward those that work hard
