    Pros

    Fair stipend for grad students, and they are increasing the stipend considering the recent high inflation. Good facilities and places for research. People are friendly, inclusive, and welcoming.

    Cons

    Not many good restaurants nearby.

    Flexibility in terms of work/life balance and post pandemic in terms of working remotely Kind, smart colleagues Benefits are great as they should be at a public university Using advanced degree in a research setting without having to be a faculty member
