    Pros

Closer to where I was around and less time wasted on traveling, so maybe per hour of work and travel due to work, I maybe making more than I thought

    Cons

Not too much exciting opportunities. Most people are a bit more lay back. It's one of the cons for me since I like to get things done quicker, but could be a pros for others

    Pros

Great work environment, everyone is friendly and helpful Very flexible which has been valuable as a student Unique opportunity to gain experience in book repair

    Cons

The library has a limited budget, so I didn't get a raise for almost 2 years Overall the university has a 'difficult' time paying students the city's min wage of $15/hour

    Pros

You get to know a lot of people. You get a deep understanding of all subject matter. You are able to teach students better time management skills and get them ready for other classes.

    Cons

I can't seem to think of any cons. They pay for your room and board, they pay you by hour, and you have a flexible schedule.

    Pros

Reasonable duties assigned each shift, ability to be flexible with scheduling.

    Cons

Pay is not great considering you can work just off campus for a few dollars more per hour, but you pay for convenience that way.

    Pros

Great staff, interesting work, lots of great feedback!

    Cons

Got paid less than $10 per hour as an experienced educator because the U does not need to pay the $15 minimum wage.
