    Cons

The leadership crisis of Fall 2015 dealt a heavy blow to the university, one it's still reeling from.

I worked at University of Missouri part-time

    Pros

Flexible, great job for students, relaxed atmosphere, ability to multitask while on the job (do homework for example)

    Cons

Most of your coworkers do not care about their job, no one else cares if you do a bad job (so no incentive or reward for actually doing what you're supposed to be doing), never met or talked to management, show up to work intoxicated and no one will fire you (not me but a coworker)

    Advice to Management

Get to know your workers and/or actually care about them, develop a system where people actually get rewarded for doing their job or punish the workers that don't manage to do absolutely anything, hire better workers because a lot of my staff were incompetent

I worked at University of Missouri part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent money for the area fora part-time job. Usually worked less hours than what was required due to scheduling and course coordinators.

    Cons

Mizzou only wants to pump out low quality graduates to make as much money as possible. The student population each semester has lower level skills than the previous. Since Mizzou is currently having enrollment issues, they have obviously lowered the already low standards of admissions to include seemingly anyone who applies just to fill the seats and take their money.
