I worked at University of Missouri part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent money for the area fora part-time job. Usually worked less hours than what was required due to scheduling and course coordinators.

    Cons

Mizzou only wants to pump out low quality graduates to make as much money as possible. The student population each semester has lower level skills than the previous. Since Mizzou is currently having enrollment issues, they have obviously lowered the already low standards of admissions to include seemingly anyone who applies just to fill the seats and take their money.

The administrative office has a management style from the 1950's. Its impossible to take time off, regardless if it is unpaid. Make the necessary changes so that new employees will want to stay long term at the university.
