    Very flexible scheduling. Great system to find covers and there's almost always someone willing to cover. You can work as much or as little as you want.

    shifts can be very tedious and long

    Easy part time work. Help students, grade homework, answer emails. You get to set your hours for the most part. Not a bad part time gig.

    Most positions are limited to 10hrs a week

    Very flexible with classes. Great pay incentive for over the summer. Turns into a full time job over the summer.

    Hours during the school year are limmited based on how many student workers there are.

    Benefits are fantastic and great work/life balance. Chancellor Green has exemplified exceptional leadership thus far.

    Cons

    Lack of resources can sometimes be crippling within certain departments. Rewards for hard work and a job well done are lacking
