    Pros

Develop employees before promoting, support and hold accountable all members of the team.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at University of Nevada School of Medicine full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Affordable health insurance, retirement plan, up to 12 free college credits per academic year. Stable. Room and opportunities for growth. I love this job. Positive culture overall. Paid holidays, vacation, sick leave.

    Cons

I can't think of many cons to working for the School of Medicine. It would be nice to have more educational benefits (I.e if they pay for books). The SOM Human Resources department is notoriously unorganized and has high turnover.

    Advice to Management

Organizing the Human Resources and Budget and Finances offices would be beneficial to all. They seem disorganized with high turnover. Great culture and leadership overall.

    Pros

I work in the athletic department in development. Fan relations and sales are the main function.

    Cons

There are no major objections but I do miss the private enterprise aspect of sales.

I have been working at University of Nevada School of Medicine (More than a year)

    Pros

Being on campus and being able to interact with Medical School facility, staff and Admin.

    Cons

Not being a UNR employee, you do not receive discounted tuition

    Advice to Management

Make a proposal to include tuition in the contract, it is run by UNR and should be apart of the grant-in-aid program.

    Pros

    It's a pretty decent school.
