    Pros

UNC Campus Rec provides a fun work atmosphere. Most people are kind and welcoming. Definitely made some great friends working here. There are also some positions which are fairly active--beats sitting at a desk all day.

    Cons

Lots of turnover from year-to-year as many of the employees are students. Con because you may lose some of your work friends, but also could be a pro because you get to make more.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. You provide a great experience for young people to grow, learn, and develop a variety of skills.
