      Pros

Located in Fort Worth Good benefits Decent salary

      Cons

Little to no postdoctoral training opportunities Little research support Support for your research agenda depends on being the flavor of the month for the senior administration. Mid-level administration will actively undermine your research if you don't agree with all of their decisions.

      Pros

We have excellent benefits and good communication here. I have been working in the mailroom for over 10 years. Job stability is good. our team works very good together and we get the job done in a reasonable amount of time.

      Cons

Our compensation could be better. raises are very rare in the university. we have over 1400 faculty and staff and there is always lack of communication outside the mail room department.
