    I worked at University of North Texas Health Science Center part-time

    Pros

    UNT is a nice institute to work for. the Instructors at IELI are very professional and hard-working.

    Cons

    Low pay and lack of meaningful raises. Employee moral in some areas is very low

    Cons

    EXTREMELY dysfunctional organization imploding at the seams. Administrators rip you a "new one" daily and then continue to gnaw at your bones in an effort to act as if they are deserving of their 3 figure salaries. Who wants to work in that type of atmosphere for such low pay????
