Pros
Most people who work here are wonderfully kind, bright, and always willing to go above and beyond. This includes HR, IT, and Finance. It's Texas, and the hospitality is genuine. It's one of the most collegially supportive environments I've ever worked in.
Cons
Upper management has cleaned house and with good reason, many folks at the leadership level needed to go as it created a stagnant environment with regard to innovation. Not all, but many. However, the new 'value' campaign does not convey what was intended. We always had values and it connotes that we didn't before the new administration… sound familiar? There are good people there, they just need to be allowed to innovate without being told what to do.
