    Great place to work at and the benefits are good, and schedule flexible

    Pros

    Interesting opportunities plus access to otherwise hard to contact folks. If you want to climb ladders, it's definitely easy to do.

    Cons

    Intra-organization politics are highly polarized, with upper management and employees in some departments being at odds.

    Advice to Management

    Make it easier for employees to do their jobs

    Make your own hours. No more tests or classes. You start to feel like a real researcher

    Cons

    The soul crushing responsibility of finishing your phd. The work gets increasingly isolating as you progress further into your research and fewer people are able to help you.

    Pros

    They will work with your student lifestyle very easily. Management takes your classwork as first priority. This allows students to excel while gaining valuable experience

    Cons

    Low pay. But it is a student job after all.
    Some users are very stubborn about their data.
    Some users are not very adept in tech so patience is a must
