    Good learning opportunity.
    Great benefits like funding from NSF, department, university and a decent salary.
    Good research opportunity.

    Cons

    Sometimes gets overwhelmed with work otherwise, it's all good.

    Pros

    Flexible and nice work environment. A place to also study when work was slow.

    Cons

    Some of the interaction with other students could negative more so when the parent was involved.

    Pros

    It was a good experience for me to work as an assistant at UNT.

    Cons

    It was difficult to work with some co-workers. You have to fit and have a team work ability.

    Pros

    The work environment is excellent. The leadership team is lenient on most things unless you mess up really hard. It is a great place to work if you're a student in the University of North Texas

    Cons

    The calling is can be really tedious and draining if you're not the type of person that likes talking to people. Aside from that everything is good.

    Pros

    I love to work at the Educational Psychology Department of UNT as a Teaching Fellow. The department is very supportive of us in teaching and the teaching advisers and peers are very awesome!

    Cons

    Payment is a little bit low. Since you are building your experience, it is not a problem at all.

    Advice to Management

    Love the department chair and all the faculties.
