    Pros

The people here are great, supervisors and your coworkers will make you feel at home and will help out with anything and everything. Very flexible on schedules, allowing you to create your own schedule to fit around your classes or other jobs

    Cons

For those who do not have full schedules and are looking for more hours, there are limits set on weekly hours and cannot go over them, but you are allowed to hold multiple student assistant positions in different departments

    Advice to Management

Maybe open full-time positions to graduating students
