    Pros

    flipping awful place - I was told what time I could go to the bathroom yesterday - can you believe it???

    Cons

    everything - they treat you like your their serf - they lie to you about EVERYTHING - do not trust anything these people tell you about the job or the workplace. it's utterly the worst place I've worked - complete infernal regions of satan's realm full of backstabbers and liars

    take a hike

    Fellow faculty were helpful in formation of courses. Students are heavily engaged in their work.

    Cons

    Hard to supplement a living as an adjunct.

    Pros

    Over all managers work around the schedule so its very flexible schedule. Manager lets you have days off for exams. People are very caring and watch out for you.

    Cons

    Limited to 20 hrs. Sometimes work can get slow due to inactivity after the beginning of classes. Sometimes there is drama between adjuncts and professor s

    Amazing opportunities for community building, getting involved in Student Affairs, and becoming a leader on campus. This job opens the door to many future career opportunities.

    Cons

    You must be flexible in your schedule, because it is not very consistent. You mostly work nights, and must be available for multiple weekends depending on the residence hall

    Keep creating an environment where getting to know the students on a deeper level is a top priority.

    nice co-workers but bad management
    working for my university

    the business support services management is awful. I feel really sorry for the employees here. upper management backstabs them, talks bad about them, disrespects them, calls them names behind their backs (like calls them stupid or morons or dumb government workers), makes fun of them in public, its horrible

    just because people need a job does not give you the right to treat them like slaves
