    Best job if you are a ceat major, most time you just sit there two hours and you got the money

    Cons

    Sometimes you need to sit there working on Friday nights.

    cancel the friday nights' tutoring, nobody ever comes.

    Beautiful work place. Nice people.

    Cons

    Some supervisors do not act professionally. They would give you the homework at 11 pm at night and would ask you to bring them by 8 in the morning.

    Pros

    Friendly working environment, good pay, part-time, student job, easy to learn, opportunity for promotion, great boss, great leads, not too hard.

    Cons

    It is constantly full of people and noise if you work day shifts, and if you work night shifts they go on till preety late.

    Show leadership by example, not by authority.

    Can be lower pay than some alternative job options

    Consider raising the pay to retain employees. As much as I love working here, I will have to soon switch for need of more income.
