I have been working at University of Oklahoma (More than a year)
Quiet work environment. Campus is small and safe. The job pays for my education while offering me a chance to enhance my academic career.
Health benefits are not high.

I enjoyed the staff that I worked with.
Management has unrealistic expectations. Suggestions were never acknowledged. No upward mobility.
I have been working at University of Oklahoma full-time
Lots of paid time off and holidays. Good retirement package. Average health benefits. Overall job satisfaction varies greatly between departments but I'd say the majority is on the good side. Very stable organization so layoffs are a rarity.
Salaries aren't always competitive with surrounding organizations. Low turnover rates sometimes limits upward mobility. Some employee's are self driven but without performance incentives there are others who are ok with being below average.
Advice to Management
look into performance tracking and incentives to drive staff efficiency and help make up for the minimal upwards mobility available

I have been working at University of Oklahoma part-time (More than 3 years)
Autonomous, No dress code, You can come at nights, Fas internet, access to library and gym. Good work environment.
Pay is not good at all. Needs to be self-motivated and create task for your self.
OU-Tulsa is a great environment to work in. The benefit package is very generous, campus is very pretty and facilities are new and up to date, the main campus is in the center of Tulsa so it is an easy drive from anywhere (a large mall is across the street for lunchtime shopping and dining); other clinics are also convenient to everything. Free 24/7 fitness center on site. Lots of career growth opportunities and community spirited, service oriented environment.
This is a state employer so some salaries are not as high as the private sector, but the benefits and leave package are the best around.
Advice to Management
Continue encouraging employees to grow professionally, share thoughts, and look at ways to reward employees without raises.
