    Pros

If you are considering an unionized position with the University of Ottawa, you will likely enjoy the high salary given the little work you will be expected to do. The location of the university is easy accessible through public transportation.

    Cons

A very political environment. Low tolerance for diverse point of views. The work environment is government-like which means you won't find individuals that seek change or pursue a career. it is more like a "left-over" or "retirement" environment. The campus banned vending machines to sell water bottles, so if you want a nice cold drink, your options will be sugary drinks.

    Advice to Management

So much potential and yet so far behind.
