    Pros

University don't control the bursary/scholarship amount what a student can get from different funding authority.

I worked at University of Ottawa part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

A very open environment and it's rewarding to help out students. You get access to the university's facilities and it's a great learning experience.

    Cons

The pay isn't great and some of the teachers look down on you and or treat you poorly.

Very obscure hours, as students often want extra help (which is usually your duty) later in the evenings.

    Advice to Management

I would try to make the overall environment a little more welcoming, but in general things run smoothly. The timetables are a bit hectic, so perhaps some better organization there would help.
