    Pros

-good name to add to your resume
    -a stepping stone
-there are only about two handfuls of great people that work here from both, the web/digital and marketing suites/teams. These people are friendly, approachable, willing to teach/learn, care about their work, want others to succeed and are passionate about what they do. Only they make this place worth it.

    Cons

-Some marketing managers are great while others are awful. You have to get lucky to land a spot on a great print marketing team.
-ZERO to barely any growth potential. Example: some employees on the web/digital marketing team have been there for over 8+ years without a single promotion. Some managers like to dangle the carrot of promises of a promotion for yearssssss.
-The marketing print team is separated from the web digital marketing team; organizationally as well as physically. Makes no sense. So if you are looking to getting hands-on experience on everything marking (print, seo, website, blogs, ads, etc) this not going to happen here. Both teams should be integrated. If you land a job on the print marketing side, you may end up just doing only outdated print tactics, which will not help you grow in today's marketing world.
    -Low pay
-Print marketing suite = only management has windows. If you are looking for vitamin D here you are out of luck
    -Cube Farm
    -Very outdated office space
    -Moderate turnover
-People get pushed out to leave (in about 1 yr I witnessed approx. 3)

    Advice to Management

Integrate print and web/digital suites/teams/departments. Promote and give raises to people that you you have been stringing along for yearssss; this will boost morale better than some happy hour. Penn Medicine sounds prestigious but those suites are an embarrassment. Why doesnt HR do exit interviews for every person that leaves/ gets pushed out to leave?

    Pros

I have been working at University of Pennsylvania Health System (Less than a year)

    Pros

Excellent leaders teaching the incoming generations about all aspects of business including but not limited to professionalism, confidence, and hard work.

    Cons

While you learn a lot solely by watching these powerful leaders your tasks are minimal and simple. This may be great for the lazy employee but not so great for the employee eager to work hard.

    Advice to Management

Have the interns do some of the work, maybe not a 500 page report but something difficult enough to make them think (plus, then your work load is lighter, and all you have to do is check it quickly)

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Medical staff is a great team.

    Cons

Management with high education but no understanding of staff jobs. They don't care to educate themselves on what their employees do. They just push as much as they can on you without asking the employee what could be changed to make it better.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to employees for feedback.
