    Pros

    Team robocon is a robotics club at Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Engineering, University of Pune. Pros - Good Working environment, helpful seniors, freedom to work on anything related to robotics

    Cons

    Team robocon is a robotics club at Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Engineering, University of Pune. Cons- Less working space, low funds, Conventional machines, Less resources

    Advice to Management

    I was part of the management team for the last two years. Team Robocon is a student-run organisation which helps roboticists to work in the field of the robotics and participate in different robotics competitions.

    Pros

    After the completion of my education I was in search of the company in which the employees can perform their work with efficiently and he can express his ideas for the progress of the company, I found that this the company am in search of and it is also a famous company where I feel proud to work.

    Cons

    Mostly there is No Disadvantagesand It is a one of the best fastest growing company. They are the full support to employees.

    I can definitely say that the place is best for scientist and researchers as you will have good exposure to experts in the filed

    There is limitation in instrumentation at some departments.

    More infrastructural and instrumentation facility
