    I have been working at University of Regina part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Flexible hours, depending on the instructors, mine is awesome, only two term assignments and you're done just wait for the monthly paycheck

    Cons

    Not sure if it's too helpful for career advancement, more interaction with instructors and students would be awesome

    Advice to Management

    Prolly can raise the wage to 15 and above, the rest is good

    Pros

    It was a stable position. You can stay there forever.

    Cons

    The research in the group is not relevant to the industry. People are publishing papers for the only sake of publishing.
