    Pros

    The UofR is definitely a good place to work at. Lots of learning opportunities and people there are nice. The atmosphere is mostly supportive in that environment.

    Cons

    All organizations have their politics. UofR is no different.

    The culture in my department, as well as the institution as a whole was incredible. Working on a collaborative grant I was supported at every step.

    Cons

    As with any large organization, the structure and size of the center can be daunting to navigate. Complex regulations and department layout take time to become oriented to.
