I worked at University of Scranton full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits and paid time off.

    Cons

Horrible management and favoritism. Belittled behind closed doors and physically and emotionally abusive environment. After reporting physical contact from a supervisor, management ignored the report.

    Advice to Management

Clean slate with management, just like they did with the entire staff in the department.
Treated with blatant disrespect and bullied, for a religious institution there should be more morals.
