I have been working at University of Sheffield part-time

    Pros

Friendly staff, easy to find opportunities within the University, good pay, good holiday allowance

    Cons

Sometimes it feels like there's too much red tape involved and the bureaucracy slows down how you can proceed. Systems are always changing but sometimes this causes you to have to refill information and redo administrative work.

    Advice to Management

Make proposed plans clearer to all and find more automated ways to change between new and old systems.
