    Pros

Job security, manageable stress level, benefits for employees

    Cons

Less pay than industry. Recent system implementation is terrible.

    Advice to Management

In last 3 years lot of money has been spent on 100th birthday and rebranding (in form of changing logo and other things). Was it worth taking the trouble..now lot of buildings still have the old logo! It was not needed..what was necessary was more marketing to bring in more students.
Also new system from SAP was implemented..it feels all the money was not well spent..it didnt do much good..nothing works without training..and without exact steps..leaving everyone using the system frustrated...everyone complains..no one listens. Much better system could have been generated without outsourcing - with help of students and staff..it could have meant more time...but it would have taken into account user requirements rather than thrusting upon us the system SAP has done now
