    I worked at University of South Alabama for more than a year

    Pros

    Great work environment! Excellent close knit staff with many of them being long term employees. Close Parking to Trauma Center. School tuition assistance.

    Cons

    Too narrowly written job descriptions set forth by trying to meet grant/budget requirements only work to exclude several exemplary potential candidates when all the 'stars' don't align perfectly against the must meet requirements as written.
