I worked at University of Southampton part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    In this job you can
    - Gain useful experience for your CV
    - Connect with other university students you might not otherwise meet
    - Network at university events and careers fairs
    - Meet potential students who are usually very nice
    - Only sign up for the shifts that suit you to fit around your studies
    - Potentially be promoted to Senior Ambassador, getting more responsibility and a leadership role
    - Be lead by respectful University full-time employees who make you feel valued

    Cons

There were not any cons really. Nice, gentle part time job that provided me with extra cash and some useful points to include on my CV. Maybe a little disorganised at times. But that sometimes can't be avoided at busy events.

    Advice to Management

Keep it up. Increase pay if you can. Try to offer as many opportunities for promotion to Senior Ambassador as possible.
