    Begin to personalize educational experience for each learner; customized education. Keep focus on traditions, begin a Trojan, technology and experiential education.

    --Point 'n Click EMR is wonderful for continuity of care in a student population
    --The edifice is a state-of-the-art facility that became operative Jan 2013
    --Adequate time per patient visit (need 30 minutes as USC women are inquisitive)
    --Full range of specialists available either in-house or at Keck
    --No in-house overnight call (after-hours calls handled by a nurse triage service that has access to an Engemann MD via beeper/telephone if necessary)
    --Superb benefits package

    Cons

    On-campus parking is rather expensive

    Keep up the good work

    Pros

    I am a student worker and my boss is very understanding if I have to take a day off here or there to study for midterms or for an interview. The work is easy as long as you are on time, organized, and submit projects in a timely manner.

    Cons

    Minimum wage and not that much room for advancement, but that's to be expected as a student worker.

    Fight on!

    Pros

    I worked here for 4 years. It has a very good environment with health care insurance. People are nice and friendly. Free access to gyms. Many new facilities have been built in recent years.

    Cons

    Research projects depend on the research team. There are some very good projects but many are not very interesting or progress very slowly.
