Great benefits for full-time staff and faculty

Apr 23, 2014 - Project Manager in Los Angeles, CA
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

Flexible time schedule as in a research position is the best for the job. Nice academic environment that fosters collaboration and mentoring. Great 401k plan and healthcare benefits are provided to the full-time employees.

    Cons

Administrative work can get bureaucratic sometimes. Lots of paperwork to fill up for small things. An employee's work life is basically dictated by the supervisor directly. So, choose your boss, job and department wisely.
