    Pros

The mission is wonderful - educate our future's doctors, nurses and researchers.

I have been working at University of Tennessee Health Science Center full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits, plenty of autonomy, great causes. I've really enjoyed working here the past year. Currently I'm seeking career advancement but UT doesn't really have much room as there seems to be a low turnover rate. Which is good!

    Cons

Pay could better. Researching my position on other companies I'm rather underpaid. But my position is grant funded so that may play a role

    Advice to Management

    None
