    On campus location is very helpful. Very friendly staff and workmates. Comfortable and adjustable work schedules with classes. Positive environment. Relaxing job and environment. Attractive pay, vacation off, paid off.

    Cons

    Replacement for schedule sometimes difficult.

    I worked as a research assistant in LEARN lab at UT Arlington. I had enjoyed working at the lab. Professor is very skilled and helpful to students. He guided me through the problems and helped me solve very complex problems.

    Cons

    faced issues in payroll initially.

    There was quite a bit of opportunity to learn and grow there. Lots of interesting professors and cross collaborations to be done.

    Cons

    Not as driven an environment as it could be and compensation wasn't as good as it could have been.

    Pretty good but could be better. Out on the streets just as much as the LEOs, pay could definitely increase more.

    Cons

    It's a state university so be prepared to work when they tell you to, "voluntold" situations.

    Advice to Management

    Some supervisors need to be a little more appreciative.
