    Pros

Good work schedule. Flexible work schedule. Great benefits. Relaxed work environment.

    Cons

Pay. Lack of raises. No career growth opportunities. They focus on degrees over experience when promoting/hiring. They tend to hire externally before promoting from within.

    Pros

Great benefits. Aggressive yet very good retirement program. Works into student loan forgiveness

    Cons

Many different people to report to that give you different direction. Hard to advance unless the hiring manager is a friend. If you cross a manager you get blackballed from progressive movement. The University has had 3 presidents in like 5 years.

Horrible Administration and HR. Would Not Work Here Again.

    Pros

Great UT system benefits - no premiums for health insurance for employees, low premiums for family. Lots of accrued time off and holidays. Nice looking campus. Faculty who really care about students.

    Cons

Unethical leadership. Administrative bloat with large salaries. Incompetent HR staff internally hired from the college's own program who are going to get the university sued one day.
