I have been working at University of Toledo part-time

    Pros

Organized introductory biology labs make it easy to learn how to teach, even if you don't have a lot of experience

    Cons

Like in all teaching jobs, there's a lot of students that really just don't care. At toledo, a very large number of biology students are pre medical something, meaning that on average, they care very little about the underlying biology. This makes teaching much more frustrating.
