    Dear god does it take forever to even recognize that something needs to be done

    Advice to Management

    Focus on creating a more modular organization and creating a strong, flexible administrative structure. Right now it takes forever just to recognize that a problem exists, let alone solving it.

    Great pay, incredible networking opportunities. They provide training where necessary.

    Cons

    Turnover is heavy, there is little opportunity to move up until a permanent offer is formed, which often takes 1 - 4 years.
