    Hourly rate is really high.

    You can't do more than a certain number of TAs.

    freedom, flexibility, not over-burdened with committee work

    Cons

    large university where you can feel lost. Commuting time to outer campuses is brutal

    Pros

    Lot to list: It is the best university in Canada, good professors, top students and top coworkers.

    Cons

    Housing is expensive in the downtown campus. Some of the buildings are really old. Parking is also very expensive.
