    Pros

Extra work as a TA< The professors are super cool, Your colleagues are smart, You have travel awards, there are hikes in salary every year

    Cons

A little bit pressure of performing good, you have to publish in top conferences, you may work in the weekends near the paper deadline, you have to be self motivated

    Advice to Management

Try to make the process clear between employees and employer, sometimes for research grants, the professors do not know whom they have to speak to or where their grant applications are going.

I have been working at University of Toronto part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Easy going, friendly people to work with (other students)
An overall great place to be and spend time while a student

    Cons

No job growth for casual staff, probably the reason why everyone is so cool, because there's no competition, it's just a student job and everyone knows that

    Advice to Management

Hart House: Not management's fault - there needs to be a more efficient computer system in place for getting things done
